IRB Pre-Approval Confirmation Deadline. NOTE: All IRB approvals are now completed at school-level. MTSEF will no longer pre-approve Human Participant Projects, only confirm pre-approval. 

SRC Pre-Approval Deadline for projects that involve human participants that have received IRB preapproval at the school level, vertebrate animals, and potentially hazardous biological agents such as microorganisms, recombinant DNA, tissues.  The SRC will respond to entries.

Registration Deadline for Milestones except Abstracts

All Milestones completed (including abstracts)

MTSEF Competition

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Check-in and Project Set up

5:00 pm -​ 6:30 pm: Public Viewing; Students may be at projects but not   required

6:30 pm -8:00 pm: Judging; Students must be at their projects

8:00 pm - 8:30 pm: Grand Prize Judging (notified High School Projects only all other projects may be taken down during this time)
